Volunteering with Prickles & Paws

If you love hedgehogs and have a few hours spare each week, why not consider volunteering for us?

We are a charitable organisation with only 3 full time members of staff at present, we therefore rely upon the community for support. If you are interested in volunteering with us we have a range of roles available. All volunteers must be aged 18 or over due to insurance requirements, as such we are unable to offer school work experience placements.

Roles currently available:

  • Hedgehog care assistant (click for more info) *New intake mid-late March*

  • Community ambassador (click for more info)

  • Volunteer driver (click for more info)

    We are specifically looking for drivers to assist in the following areas: (or who can help to relay hedgehogs from further afield by meeting at Bodmin/ Cornwall Services/Chiverton roundabout etc.)

    * Bodmin, St Austell, Plymouth, Torpoint, Launceston, Penzance, Hayle, Helston*
